Lipizzaners

Last week, we went to a Lipizzaner show at UVU in Orem. This is the famous breed that performs in Vienna, Austria. Although there is now a Lipizzaner stud farm in Florida, most of these horses are raised on a stud farm just outside Graz, Austria -- which we plan to visit this summer. We fly into Munich on June 10th, then visit Salzburg, Graz, Padova, Bologna, Siena, Rome, and Naples. Then we'll take a ferry from Bari (Italy) to Patras (Greece) and drive to Athens. After a couple of days in Athens, we've booked a 4-day cruise that will take us to Mykonos, Ephessos (Turkey), Patmos, Rhodes, Crete, and Santorini. We fly out of Athens and arrive home June 27th.
